Western Bank has four primary groups of Stakeholders: Our Shareholders, Our Customers, Our Employees, and our Community. Each has a vested interest in the success of the Bank, and similarly, we must add value to each if the Bank is to thrive in the future.

Our Mission

We will profitably grow our business while maintaining the financial strength and integrity of this institution by fostering long term relationships with our customers and the community, allowing us to naturally compete against mega-bank branches by providing a myriad of services timely and in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Thus, we will surpass the expectations of our Stakeholders by seeking opportunities to provide financial services in Southwestern New Mexico and Southeastern Arizona.
